Our People

With over 12,000 people our team brings together men and women with a high degree of specialization in metals' prospecting, development, extraction, procession and marketing. Our facilites are located in Mexico, Peru and Chile and at each of them our people rise to the challenge of the future with optimism, determined to turn our organization into the world's most efficient and profitable metals producer, thanks to a superbly qualified team that is always ready to reach the goals they set for themselves.
