Training
The Mining Division has specific training and professional development programs related to the needs of our people in each region where we operate.

In 2009, the training and preparation offered by SCC covered technical-operative topics, corporate challenges, safety, health, and the environment, computer courses, English classes, integral management system training, and administration, among others. Noteworthy is the special efforts made in the development of the following corporate challenges: preservation of mining health and safety, quality and ongoing improvement, leadership, and team work.
